Fantastic Gardens Aruba N.V. is located at Caya Cuida bo cura #14, Bushiri and was founded in September 1983 by the present owner Roy Maduro. Since a very young age Roy fell in love with plants and nature, and always wanted to be a farmer. His mission has always been to bring nature closer to people. Eventually he studied tropical agronomy in Holland and drifted in other directions as a businessman.

When Roy started the company in 1983, it consisted only of maintaining gardens. Due to the effort and love he put into the business, the company grew from a one man operation to a 100 men corporation, with 5 different divisions.

Currently the company produces more than 60 % of its plants locally, saving Aruba many florins in foreign exchange. Another benefit, plants that are grown in our nursery are acclimated to our harsh weather, leading to 100% survival success in landscape projects. Our landscape division Perfect Landscaping n.v. has landscaped the most beautiful hotel gardens and hundreds of private residences on the island. Perfect Landscaping also maintains the gardens of over 150 locations, private and institutional. Our new building inaugurated July 29, 2005, is the result of many years of dreaming and planning, a dream come true. The garden center, is proud to have the finest, even though simple, gardening libraries on the island. The general public is invited to use the library as an onsite resource center. Already many students use it for their research on school projects.
